Registration and Immunizations

We are happy to welcome new students to our schools! If you are registering a child for school for the first time or are new to the area, please bring the following information to the front office of the school:

  • registerProof of residency
  • Your child’s immunization records
  • Your child’s original birth certificate
  • Transcripts from the previous school (if applicable)
  • Withdrawal form from previous school


Our district abides by Arizona state laws regarding immunizations for school-age children. Children must be current on immunizations in order to register. Read more about Arizona immunization laws in the links below:
